Return & Refund Policy

At Rang-e-Khaas, we care deeply about your satisfaction and stand by the quality of our products. Please review the following policy before making a purchase.

Refunds Eligibility:

Refunds are available within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Worn or used dresses will not be accepted for refund under any circumstances.
Each returned product will be thoroughly checked and inspected before a refund is approved.
Once approved, refunds will be issued within 10 working days after inspection.

Damaged or Faulty Products:

If you receive a damaged or faulty product, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for a full review.

The item must be unworn and unused.
We may request clear photos or videos of the defect before approving a return.
Once verified and received, a refund will be issued.

Non-Refundable Items:

The following items are not eligible for refund or return:

Customised Dresses, including any made-to-order, altered, or size-adjusted outfits.

These orders are specially prepared according to your measurements and cannot be cancelled or refunded once production begins.

Return Process:

Contact us at support@rangekhaas.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return.
Once your return request is approved, please send the parcel back within 7 days (UK orders) or 14 days (international orders) of delivery.
Use a tracked courier service for returns. Rang-e-Khaas is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged during return shipping.

Product Variations & Quality:

Slight variations in colour, embroidery, or embellishment may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings. These are not considered faults.
Since most of our products are handcrafted, minimal differences or loose embellishments are natural.
Accessories shown in product photos (such as jewellery or styling props) are not included unless specifically mentioned.
All products are recommended to be dry cleaned only. Rang-e-Khaas will not be responsible for any damage caused by washing.
